Naenda Straight to the topic. Mimi kijana ambaye napenda sana mazoezi hasa ya body workout.
Yaani ni mazoezi ya pushups, pelvic floor muscles, squash, na jumping jacks hasa pushups napenda sana lakini sipendi na wala sitokuja kwenda gym. Kwa siku naweza piga pushups mia mbili na kumi asubuhi na jioni. Sasa kutokana na kubanwa na shughuli za hapa na pale nikasema nitakuwa nafanya hizi body workout weekends.
Aisee! Leo nimeamka nikafanya warmup kama dakika tano hivi. Nikaanza mazoezi Nikamaliza vizuri tu. Ile natembea hatua moja tu mara nikajikuta na nabanwa kutapika na kuharisha double impact at the same time, mwili hauna nguvu, kizunguzungu mbele giza. Nikawahi msalani ile kukaa niliharisha na kutapika sijawahi ona, jasho linanitoka ndo atleast mwili ukaanza kukaa sawa.
