Stay focused na kile unafanya na unakiamini, hao wajinga wasikukatishe tamaa maana ukiandika uzi wa ngono daima hupendezwa kuliko issue za msingi.
 
Ila Mkuu, mwajiri makini hatamchukua mtu ambaye barua yake ina copy nyingine kadhaa zakufanana sasa hapo mnatibu vipi hiyo changamoto?

Ndio maana kuna mahali wanakwambia upeleke barua ya kuandika kwa mkono, wanakwepa hayo mambo.

Nadhani mngejikita zaidi kwenye kazi nyingine za uandishi Mkuu, sababu kwa mtindo huu mnahamasisha uzembe, imagine mtu hawezi andika barua ya maombi ya kazi, kwelii!. Au mkuu wewe unaweza kuajiri mtu aliyeandikiwa barua ya maombi ya ajira?

Nimejaribu kuwaza tu Mkuu najua unatafuta rizki pia

Boss naomba ujaribu kutuomba tukuandkie barua yako uone kama itafanana na barua ya mtu yeyote. Itakua ni barua yako wewe mwenyewe kila kitu. Katika hilo usihofu.
 
Barua kwanza ina makosa kazaaa kama huwa mnaawandikia vilaza barua kama hizi kuombea ajira wakenya wanatupiga gape kubwa sana ....eg source (s) of info..ameandika lkn haijatimia hyo ads uliipata kwenye media ipi na tarehe mwaka upi n mambo ya muhim sana ....then the letter looks too tiresome ina NGOJERA nyingi zisizo na maana ndoo mana imekuwa ndefu kama TALAKA....

Shukrani Mkuu, ila utakubaliana na mimi kuwa kila mtu ana art yake, yaani utabadili maneno ila art yako itabaki hivyo hivyo, hicho ndio nachoongelea mimi.

Bado nashauri jikite kwenye maeneo mengine Mkuu, jaribu kuleta uzi za hata matangazo kwa njia ya simulizi, makala, hotuba, jaribu hata.kubadili hotuba ya Mbowe pale Mwanza uiwekehapa useme alitakiwa iandikwe hivi kwa kutoa neno hili na kuweka hili kwa sababu hii na hii.

Sijui kama umenielewa ila jobless hawana hela ya kulipia barua za maombi ya kazi kwa wingi huo Mkuu.


Au chukua taarifa ya habari ya kituo fulani, irekebishe yotena onesha uliyoyarekebisha na sababu za kurekebisa usisahau faida zake pia, kisha tag wadau au page za vyombo husika, unaweza ukapata deal nzuri sana.

Hope you'll strive to impact our skills lacking Youth to make it for themselves rather than writing for them as will be only temporary solution....

How will they tackle interview questions, how about work abilities?


I would rather advise you to invest in Skilling them than writing for them...

Boss wewe ndio unaamua kufanya kazi nasisi au la. Kuna wengine hata miguu wanaoshwa sio kwamba hawawezi kujiosha. It's better to know that wanadamu tunategemeana. Unapoenda kula kwa mama Ntilie haimaanishi huwezi kujipikia mwenyewe. That is how the world goes.
