they do not test HIV wala hakuna aliyewahi kumonana HIV kwa kipimo chochote they just test anti body reaction kwenye mwili.mwili unaposhambuliwa unaproduce anti bodies kupambana na mashambuzli

Let me educate you my friend.
First, going by the definition AIDS in an immunodeficiency disease which means that it occurs due to lack of immune cells. Second, the immune cell we are talking about here is the T cell sub-type CD4+ T cells. It is these cells that HIV which is a retrovirus attack a reduce their numbers in the body. Once they are reduced to a level which they can no longer fight any infection, that's when other diseases come in. It is this diseases that normally kill.

Yeah they don't test HIV but they test CD4 T cells and not antibodies.

Antibodies can never be tested when AIDS presence is to be determined because antibodies only protects against extracellular infections and not intracellular. AIDS is an intracellular infection so antibody has no role in its protection.

The immune molecule that fights TB is interleukin which is produced from macrophages. So the immune cell is macrophages and the immune molecule is interleukin. For malaria, the immune cells are antibodies and other cytokines because P.falciparum is an extracellular parasite .
