Nothing strange in a despotic disposition. That’s how the deck is stacked up in the URT. It’s up to the incumbent to decide his/her level of tyranny or benevolence.
Now, trashing of norms, ethics, statutes, rules, protocols and laws is essential in propping up a personality cult rule. No one; nobody should second guess you on your wishes and actions. And nobody else’s feelings, opinions or interests should be entertained.
You have to have the last word. T.h.w. the constitution, governing laws, procedures and protocols. Nothing strange at all.
