Kenya statutory rape law is violated when an individual has consensual sexual contact with a person under age 18, although marriage is possible under age 18.
And where I am from (Tanzania) nothing less than age 18 is violated of law unless and if she is above 18 she has to be done with secondary education

And turning to statutory rape, how the hell can you marry a girl under 18 and be expected not to screw her ????
