Kitu ambacho hukukielezea kwa kina ni kwamba, Gen Z na Millennials si kwamba hawana tofauti, bali kuna tofauti za msingi kati yao.

Kwa maoni yangu, Millennials wanaonekana kuwa na uwezo mkubwa zaidi kuwazidi Gen Z kutokana na uzoefu wao wa kuishi na kufanya kazi katika vipindi viwili tofauti vya maendeleo ya kiteknolojia na kijamii.

Hivyo wazo lako kwamba wastaafu mapema halina mantiki.

Hii inawapa uwezo wa kipekee wa kuchanganya uzoefu wa generations tofauti, jambo linalowafanya kuwa muhimu zaidi, hasa kwa Serikali na taasisi za umma pamoja na sekta binafsi.

Wamejijengea ujuzi thabiti na wamekuwa wakifanya kazi kwa ufanisi mkubwa. Hivyo basi, nyinyi wa Gen Z ni vizuri mkaendeleza kujifunza na kujitahidi kufikia viwango hivyo bila kujipa umuhimu kupita kiasi au kudhani kwamba kizazi cha wazee hakijui mambo eti kiondoke mapema kwenye ajira ili nyie muingie.
