Hapa nilipo, it is normal thing for me to be in a constant call with pharmacist for 20minutes arguing and discussing based on the statistical data ; akinielezea why dawa niliyo prescribe is not suitable for that patient after he has gone through patient file .

Hapo Bongo sijawahi kukutana na hao pharmacist , na ikitokea ni mara chache chache sana , doctor tunaamini we know all , pharmacist nao wanajiona wanajua sana dawa than doctors , nurses yeye anajiona ndio mpango mzima linapokuja suala la mgonjwa and sometime they even teach doctors in the practical sense.

Nimesoma sheria 7 yrs before kutaafu, nina idea huwezi kunidanganya katika sheria .

Unajua University education/knowledge huwezi kuiweka kichwani yooooooooooooote. Unachotakiwa kujua ni wapi unaweza kupata majawabu na namna ya kuyapata unapokutana na swali.

Ni kawaida siku hizi student with Flat D akawa enrolled kwenye medical field , it is a shame CCM inaenda kuharibu hadi mfumo wa elimu ya Afya,

tuna madaktari very low intelligence can’t even reason , we have pharmacist and nurses who cannot even notice medication errors zinazokuwa committed by doctors .

Ikiwa mtu mwenye D anaenda kusoma kozi za Afya , we need to go back kwenye drawing table or else let’s all perish.

Kwa ufaulu wa sasa, kama hauna C and above ilitakiwa usiruhusiwe kusoma course za Afya level ya Diploma , watanzania wanaangamia, ever wondered why now days magonjwa ya matajiri wanaumwa masikini.

Kwa mfano hii nchi ninayoishi, the best students let’s say A plus wanaenda kusoma Veterinary na Pharmacy, then best students with A wanaenda kusoma medicine , nurses and injinia.

How come tunaruhusu D Iende kusoma medical field , hivi CCM kwanini tunapenda ku play na mambo muhimu; last time tuliona ufaulu wa madokta was catastrophic , this time tunaona ufaulu wa pharmacist ni worse, ukipitia hiyo link ya mwananchi utaona matokeo yao , a student from certain universities in TZ Kutoa MUHAS na CUHAS utaona mtu amerudi mara 6 the same exams [emoji2099], such student baadae ataenda Hosp kumshauri mgonjwa…… where are we going CCM ?

MUHAS and CUHAS are the only conservatives universities, kusoma medicine nurses au Pharmacy .

MUHAS kama huna A za kutosha kwenye qualification entry zako, my friend sahau bachelor of medicine wala famasi.

Sasa Wakikosa MUHAS au CUHAS , pakukimbilia ni hivyo vyuo vinavoleta watu wanaenda kuwaaambia wagonjwa meza gynozol au anaenda kuandika pathologie kuwa a family has a history of falling down the trees ! Shame shame shame , problem !

Qualification entry za Course za Afya lazima ziangaliweUPYA , kwa level ya diploma you must have C or above in all subjects and for bachelor tuige mfano wa MUHAS na CUHAS .

Ni Umasikini tu wa black skin , I wished kwa Tanzania vyuo vyote vinavyohusu Afya viwe ni vya Serikali, ikitokea vya private , basi viwe BEST ya vyuo vya serikali lakini pia qualification entry ziwe standardized kwa Course za Afya .

Minimum criteria ziwe ni C for diploma , na minimum criteria for bachelor iwe ni A na B tu na kusiwe na C kwenye physic’s , math , bio, chemistry otherwise, tunatengeneza bomu and in few years tujiandae the consequences

health education system must be preserved at any COST

Professional bodies , mshike hapo hapo, msipitishe Uharo kwa expenses ya watanzania wasiojua chochote masikini.

Hongereni wafamasia, na sisi Madokta tuige mfano kupiga scrutiny za kutosha,kama lichuo linachukua F au D For the sake of money , piga PIN kwenye professional exams tu.

One difference that I noticed Ulaya vyuo vingi hakuna group presentation, mnadiscuss as group na kuandika individual paper na kupresent as an individual mbele ya darasa, unapigwa maswali hadi mbele huoni. Ukitoka hapo chuo umeiva everything you learn unaweza kuelezea kwa kichwa bila kushika kitabu.

Bongo kuna students wengi hujificha kwenye kichaka cha group presentations.

Kwenye elimu we don’t focus only na cognitive theory ( mfumo mwingi wa elimu ya TZ ni cognitive based only knowledge)

While mfumo wa mbele au hizi international schools ni wanafocus kwenye mambo 3

1. Psychomoteur ( to ensure students has skills may be multiple skills kwenye maisha)
2. Cognitive ( knowledge)
3. Attitudes ( to have the right attitudes )
