If it were indeed true why did she not act on it in her capacity as a Prosecutor to prove that the suspects had indeed killed the witnesses? Those are what we call rumours an law d they are not credible in any sane court of law.

Because you are a Kikuyu and you are a tribalist person, whichever is against Kikuyu to you is a rumours and you give it all bad names. Fatou Binsouda did her job and tha was her findings, and she said, although the terminated but the file was not closed, any time if she will be able to meet those people who were under constant threat from GoK security organs then she can continue with it, Koffi Annan later responded "It was a mistake of to allow Uhuru and Rutto to attend from Kenya, they were suppose to be in detention so as not to temper with witness".

You can ask yourself a simple question, UHURUTO why they don't take any effort to investigate and find out those people who were involved with PEV 2007 so that they can clean up their names and justice can be done?. keep aside you tribalistic attitude and be honest, you can't challenge a professional lawyer of such caliber like Fantou Binsouda easily based on your tribalistic reasoning.

Am sorry if you are moody and hormonal imbalances are taking the better of you ni kama uko na hedhi. Anyway I have to inform you, to understand Kenya you got to be one hapana ingia katikati ya watu wawili wanaolala kitanda moja ama ujipate kwenye shida. Mkapa was invited but Kikwete didn't, he decided to come to salvage the country. Tatizo kubwa la mtu mwenye mawazo ya ukabila ndio huo, mtu yeyote akitoa mawazo lazima utampeleka kwenye kabila fulani bila kujali na kufikiria mawazo yake, Justice Maraga mnasema ameegemea NASA, Chiloba mnasema ameegemea Jubilee, Akombe amejiuzulu kwa ridhaa yake, mnasema ni NASA, Magufuli hajawahi kuzungumza lolote kuhusu siasa za Kenya, tayari mnasema ni NASA, kama hujui jinsi ukabila unavyoarhiri judgement, look how many Kenyans do analyse things related to politics.

Siku zote watanzania tumekua tukisimamia ukweli bila kujali watu watasema nini juu yetu, hata Kikwete alipomshauri Kagame afanye mazungumzo na wahutu alikataa na Kikwete na Tanzania nzima tukaonekana tunawapendelea wahutu, kwa sababu tu Kikwete alishauri njia ya mazungumzo na waasi, lakini hatukurudi nyuma, badala yake tulikwenda DRC kuwatoa M23 waliokuwa wanatumiwa na Kagame kuleta machafuko huko DRC.

Lengo letu ni kuona kuna amani Kenya, amani haiwezi kupatikana kama kuna baadhi ya watu wanataka kujiona wana hata miliki juu ya wakenya wengine, ninakuhakikishia hata useme nini na kutuita tunashabikia upande gani, Tanzania haitakaa kimya kuona binadamu wanauliwa hovyo hovyo eti kwa kuogopa kuonekana wanaegemea upande mmoja, kama kwa kuegemea upande mmoja kutasimamisha mauaji na kuleta amani hapo Kenya, tutafanya hivyo, kama tulivyofanya DRC na nchi zinginezo, sisi sio tribalists kama wewe, unafikiria kikabila, unawaza kikabila, unazungumza kikabila, unaandika kikabila, na unadhani kila mtu ni mkabila kama wewe.
