Ndiyo maana nikasema ni ngumu kupima..
Mfano asubuhi unapata cereal na maziwa (sasa hapo unapimaje)
Mchana unakula 6" sub tuseme (at least hapa unaweza kupima ingawa sijaweka kinywaji nime-assume the most expensive sub ya dola tano na maji ya bomba)
Jioni nika assume unapata fruit salad labda na noodles nikaweka hiyo dola tano.
Hapo bado coffee wakati unafanya kazi mchana na jioni ili kufukuza usingizi.
Aisee ukiwa critical unaweza kuta inaongezeka.
Hata hivyo principle yangu mimi sio kujinyima chakula aisee...ninafanya kazi sana kujibana chakula. Ninaweza kupunguza mizunguko ya gari au kusema mingine nitumie public transport, ninaweza kujibana kununua some type of clothes, and the likes..ila si msosi mkuu!!!
