Absolutely no need for expressway when southern and eastern bypass do the job perfectly.. BRT should solve this

don't u see that space btn the pillars cold be made at least 7 m wide and allow the buses to pass or say the top was a metrotrain then a pedestrian bridge could have been connected to the metro line on top and avoid interference with the general traffic in the picture?
