Ushauri wangu kama kiwanja unacho na ramani unayo, aanza kujenga. Kwa pesa hiyo kawa nyumba ya kawaida , unaweza kufika kwenye lenta. Building costs zinapanda kila siku. Mwezi huu wa November , vifaa vya ujenzi vimepanda bei kwa sababu ya rate ya dollar kwa shilling.
 
jamani siwezi kujenga nyumba ya vyumba vinne hapo dar kwa milioni 20????niambieni kama siwezi kabla sijaipoteza hii pesa...

3.Ujenzi wa mabanda Tshs 250,000
4.Mlinzi Tshs 20,000 kwa mwezi
5.Matibabu Tshs 30,000 kwa mwezi.

Nguruwe huchukua miezi 6-8 kwabla ya kuanza kuuzwa. Kwakweli ni biashara nzuri sana na ndani ya miaka miwili unaweza kuwa na hela chafu kiasi cha kugombewa na mademu kama mpira wa kona.
