Badala ya kulinda raia, jeshi la polisi wanatumika kuwa vihatarishi vya amani ya raia wema kwa nia ovu ya kulinda wizi na ubadhirifu wa mali ya umma unaoendelea serikalini.


Badala ya kuwahoji waliosaini mikataba ya kifisadi wanawaandama wale wanaokhoji uhalali wa mikataba yenye usiri mkubwa unaofanywa wa kujimilikisha mali za umma na raia wema ambao wanatekeleza majukumu yao ya kisheria ya kulinda mali ya umma.


Jeshi la polisi nalo linatulilia mageuzi huko mbele tutalimuka ni aina gani ya mageuzi linahitaji ili liache upagasi kwa wanasiasa liwe ni jeshi la wataalamu ambao uwajibikaji wao ni kwa kutenda haki siyo kuwa ni kinga ya wezi na wabadhirifu serikalini.

We project the High Court in Mbeya will revoke the Bunge declaration as unconstitutional and illegal under Tanzanian law, but the very executive pliant Court of Appeal will restore the declaration after being heavily compromised by the executive.


We also project the Court of Appeal decision will be overturned by the African Court of Human Rights and Peoples Rights citing the same reasoning the Mbeya High Court had deployed.

However, the government will refuse to obey Court orders until the whole caboodle backfire before their very own eyes.
