Ni vema kuwa na vipaumbele kwa mwanaume unaemtaka, either Tabia,Uelewa na Elim nayo ni muhimu, lakini wanawake wa sasa kwa kuwa X-boy wake alikuwa Mrefu, Mweupe, anamiliki hammer, ana kazi nzuri basi yeye anahangaika mjini kumtafuta mtu kama yule, mwishowe anatumika na muda unaenda. Hii imewapoteza wengi wamekuja kukumbuka shuka kumekucha.
 
nikweli huyu anahitaji psychological help cz ana kila dalili ya psychological disorders like feeling angry,extreme loss of memory,alcohol abuse etc sometimes the signs are obvious but at other times may feel slightly off and u cant figure out what it is,so u trudge on trying to sustain ur bussy life until it sets in that life has become UNMANAGEABLE,in that situation COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY will help her in understanding THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS THAT INFLUENCE BEHAVIOURS,CBT KNOWN AS COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY IS COMMONLY USED TO TREAT A WIDE RANGE OF DISORDERS INCLUDING PHOBIAS,DEPRESSION,ANXIETY AND EVEN ADDICTIONS,,So what do Psychologists do for u?they will impliment u new ways of thinking,new ways of behaving,how u supose to handle somothing,a place to vent and many more,am not a Psychologist but i try to give u something that i know whereby in one way or another might help u,all the best!!
