Nimeanza Mwaka kwa Mazoezi

Beach gani mkuu unipitie
 
Ujinga wa mazoezi ya kukimbia mara nyingi una loose muscles badala ya fat body...haya mazoezi ni sahihi sana kwa wadada...mazoezi mazuri kwa wanaume ni push up,squat,kichurachura,baiskeli na kutembea mda mrefu,binafsi nkipigaga push up mwili unakuja lakini nikianza kukimbia nakonda napoteza muscles na fatbody wakati target yangu kubwa ni kuloose fatbody...

Ukikimbia sana una lose weight ni kweli. Mimi nitaacha nikishapata fitness ya kurudi kwenye bball court ila push ups siachi zinanipa strength na good upper body.
 
Unajua ni vyema wakati mwengine tukawa wakweli tu.,chuma kimekaza mkuu,hela ya kaunta imekata lazima ugeukie mambo mbadala. Hata usingefanya hayo mazoezi lazima ungekuwa fit tu. Hahahaaaaa....eti mazoezi......loooh? Funguka kaka.,kianzio kimekata
 
Mazoezi mtihani jamani mnaoweza hongereni aisee.....hapa toka dec nasema naanza kesho.... nitaanza rasmi mwezi wa 3 ngoja now nipumzike kwanza

Hapo sawa ...mi napiga push mia kila siku ila naanza na 50 badae nakuja 30 badae 20,ingawa saivi napanda..51/30/20,52/30/20,53/30/20 nataka nifike 70/30/20.
