Jitahidi kufanya haya

1. Soma kitabu ( inspirational & self help books) at least page 5 kila siku.

2. Anza kujifunza Meditation, dakika 15 tu zinatosha kila siku.

3. Uchoshe mwili kwa mazoezi hasa push ups, sit ups, jogging, evening walk etc

4. Usikae na simu kitandani, weka mezani au sehemu nyingine mbali na kitandani ukiwa upo bed idle.

5. Amka saa kumi na moja kila siku, huu ni muda mzuri wa meditation na zoezi then ingia mishe.

6. Usile vyakula mfu, eat live foods ( green vegetable, fruits and grains)

7. Listen music when you feel unmotivated.

Ukifanya hayo yote kwa usahihi, utakuwa mtu mpya mwenye furaha, self discipline & sense of fulfiiment.
