Jana nimemuona daktari akaniambia nipungue uzito. Wenye uzoefu, leteni ushauri nifanyaje nataka niondoshe kilo 10 mpaka 15. Leo nimeanza mazoezi na kula high protein diet.

Kula mara mbili kwa siku,acha kula ugali wa mahindi na wali,mazoez fanya haya jumping lunges,jumping jacks,sit ups,Russian twists,london bridges,dips nk
Kula matunda yasio na sukari,achana na sukari kwenye chai pia. Ni hayo tu

Siri ipo kwenye ulaji tu na jitahidi ule ukisikia njaa tu, chakua cha jioni ule mapema two hours before you sleep. Mazoezi anza yale mepesi mpaka u-gain momentum, kama rope jumping, squating, jumping jacks, high knees, burpee, lunge but cruch jipe muda ukizoea hayo nilioyokutajia.

Uwe na maji karibu but usinywe mengi sana fundo dogo, ukiwa unafanya hakikisha unaenda kwa sekunde dakika 2 unapumzika, na pumzika yako usipoe sana mwili šŸ˜„, later on utapata momentum ya 5, 10, 15 kuendelea sababu mwili ushazoea.

Jipangie muda mzuri kama una nafasi asubuhi huwa safi sana na jioni pia.
