Wakuu poleni na majukumu ya hapa na pale, na pia poleni sana na mapambano ya covid19.

Bila kuwapotezea muda, nina nyumba yangu nataka niuze ipo kwenye kiwanja kikubwa na nyumba yenyewe ni ya kawaida tu, sasa kuna mdau mmoja akanishauri kama nataka pesa nzuri nisiuze kwa mtu bali niende benki nichukue mkopo watanipa pesa nzuri then niwe kama vile ndo nimeiuza baada ya kuchukua huo mkopo.

Swali langu kwenu, Je ni kweli unaweza kuchukua mkopo benk na kuweka dhamana ya nyumba? Je mkopo huo unaweza kuwa na maximum ya sh. ngapi? Kipi ni bora kati ya kuuza nyumba na kuichukulia mkopo? Na masharti ya kuchukua mkopo benki yapoje?

Huwezi kupewa mkopo bila kuwa na kazi au biashara! Wanachoaangalia una nini cha kukufanya ulipe! Lengo la benki siyo kuuza nyumba ...kwahiyo dhamana pekeee haiwezi kukupa mkopo maana itakuwa kama unawauzia
 
Haman kitu kama hicho bwana. Kwanza watafanya valuation ya hiyo nyumba na baada ya hapo watakupa mkopo usizidi 80%ya valuation ya huo mjengo.

In some few cases these procedures can be waived if you pledge cash as security
