Baada ya Japan, South Korea na Marekani kulalamika jana nzima, leo sasa ndio North Korea wamezungumza kuwa jana walifanya jaribio muhimu la muendelezo wa kutengeneza mifumo ya setilaiti ya kijeshi ya ujasusi.
Kupitia jaribio hilo, taasisi yake ya uchunguzi wa anga la mbali ya NADA imethibitisha uimara wa mifumo ya kutuma na kupokea data, mifumo ya control command na mifumo mingine ya cotrol ya setilaiti hiyo.
Profesa Yang Moon-jin wa University of North Korean Studies mjini Seoul (South Korea),amesema kuwa kwa kuwa setilaiti na makombora ya balistiki ya nyuklia yenye uwezo kuvuka mabara (ICBMs) vinafanana mno nje ndani, kurusha/kutuma setilaiti hiyo kutairejesha peninsula ya Korea kwenye kilele cha mvutano kama ule tuliouona mwaka 2017.

"Through the test, the NADA confirmed the reliability of data transmission and [the] reception system of the satellite, its control command system and various ground-based control systems," KCNA said.
"Since satellites and ICBMs are the same inside and out, a satellite launch will take the Korean peninsula back to the peak of tensions it saw in 2017," Yang Moo-jin, a professor at the University of North Korean Studies in Seoul, said.
