Tatizo Uhuru naye amechagua confrotational approach. Kwenye speech yake ya kupokea Urais anasema mataifa ya magharibi lazima yatambue na kuheshimu maamuzi ya wakenya. Haya mataifa huwa yanahitaji kudeal nayo kidiplomasia, ukishinda nao wanaweza kukukomoa tu kama walivyomfanyia Mugabe.

Ninachokiona ni juu ya marekani kuamini kuwa wakenya hawakufanya sahii kumchagua mtu mwenye kesi ICC wakati mda wowote watatakiwa the ICC kujibu shitaka linalowakabili na hikiwa hivyo watafanya kazi kama omar bashir hakuna kwenda nje!

Kweli wa-Kenya wa mtandaoni inawezekana Kiingereza chao ni kama chetu ndiyo maana wamehamaki. Mh. Rais Obama hajafananisha Syria na Kenya ila amebainisha maeneo ya hatari kutokana na sababu mbalimbali mfano Syria ni vita ya wenyewe kwa wenyewe na Kenya ni masuala ya wapiganaji wa Al-Shabab ndani ya Kenya huko Garissa n.k

Mkuu ukwelikitugani hivi unaongea kwa kutazama uhalisia wa African democracy au kinadharia. Kama pamoja na gharama zote za uchaguzi kufanyika kwa maana kuwa kununuliwa mitambo mipya ya computer na sheria mpya za uchaguzi lakini vyote vimeshinda kuleta majibu mbadala, kitu gani kwa sasa kinakupa guarantee kama Mr Odinga atashinda kesi ili uchaguzi urudiwe?.

Pamoja na kwamba demokrasia ina gharama, lakini gharama ya uchaguzi itakuwa ni angalizo kuu. May be, I'm wrong.
