I agree with you one hundred percent when it comes to poeple wanting
to sit back and expect handouts.However a deeper analysis int the scene

iongezeke in terms of humanitarian/social services.Na pia kua na an
aggressive way of monitoring the funds so that people are held accountable.

alitembelea alipokuja Bongo.Kuimarisha shule sehemu za vijijini by building
structures and supplying basic stuff like books.This is something missionaries
have been doing for a long time.All they need is a little govt help and they
can get book donations from their churches. Kuna miradi ya kuchimba visima
vya maji in the rural areas that are arid or semi arid.

So if donor funding comes through the world bank or IMF it should be earmarked
specifically for these kind of projects.

Another strong point is for the continent of Africa to be given its fair share
of hearing at the world market.Ukweli ni kwamba our products are sold for
way less than they value and some markets are specifically closed for African
buinesses.The mineral trade, the coffee trade and the sugar trade are a few
examples.

Not in any capacity? I'm not sure about the Sec. of State thing but I think she'll end up somewhere in the administration. She could very well be named Attorney General, Solicitor General, or something else....
