Pemba is in Kenya if we are to follow Somalia's claim on boundary

Waafrika sijui nani alituroga.

We must make sure that Pemba returns to Kenya. This issue must reach the Kenyan Parliament. Countries can't be taking our territories and just go away with it. It is time Kenya stamps authority around the region.
Eti Pemba is your territory, since when? It never was!

It is about time We claim what was ours and is ours.

Toa upumbavu wako hapa

Kasome statute of the ICJ, particularly Art 36 ndio utajua utumbo wako uliongea humu

The point here is that part of the kenyan coastline was under zanzibar.
By that time there was no Kenya or Tanzania, the boundaries were created by the colonies hold on,is there any coastal Kenyan who fought for independence alongside Tanzanian?if any mention him or her , they aligned themselves with their brothers and sisters from the upcountry and that shows you they were more Kenyan than Tanzanian.

You are just evading the fact that as up to 1960 the kenyan coastline was under zanzibar.
