Kumsikiliza huyo mgonjwa ni kupotea njia. He comes across as someone with an eating disorder condition (bulimia) obsessed with his weight.

His advice as nothing to do with healthy eating.

Surely nchi ina nutritionist experts, inabidi waingilie kati kuliko kumuacha huyu poyoyo kuendelea kupotosha.

Amesema kwamba...sababu zipo mbalimbali za mtu kufanya hivyo.
Kwahiyo sio kwamba ameshauri kila mtu afanye hivyo. Namkubali sana huyu mwamba.
 
Huyu prof yupo sahihi sana, Tatizo wengi wamekua addicted na vyakula sikuhizi.
milo miwili au mmoja kwa siku ni muhimu sana kuongeza ufanisi wa tumbo na mmengeyo wa chakula.
Halafu wengi hudhani mtu akila hapo hapo ndio hupata nguvu, Kwaiyo kichaka chao kikubwa ni kusema wanafanya kazi ngumu, Chakula unachokula leo si aghlabu ukakitumia kesho mpaka nguvu yake izalishwe.
Vile vile kufunga ni muhimu sana na chakula cha asubuhi hakina faida zaidi ya ku ongeza kiwango cha sukari mwilini.
Kufunga na kula milo miwili havina faida kwa system na ndio maana wanavipiga vita.
