Katika maandiko yangu ulisoma kuna mahala kuwa "feasibility study" aka tathmini ya mradi kuwa haijafanyika? unaelewa unachokisoma au ndio unadandia treni kwa mbele!

Plans to build a new standard gauge railway line from Mombasa will enter a decisive stage on Thursday with the ground-breaking ceremony for the country’s largest infrastructure project in many years.

Kenya is keen to strengthen its positions as the logistics hub in East Africa.

Supporters of the railway project have said that the cost of transporting cargo will go down by 60 per cent.

Expected to be completed in 2016, its sponsors have said that it will take a passenger train four hours to travel between Nairobi and Mombasa and a passenger will pay Sh800 as fare.

Freight trains will move at 80 kilometres per hour, reducing the journey to eight hours from the current 36.

Anatakiwa aseme lini Wakenya watuzidi kwa kuthubutu mfano walikopa pesa na wameshaanza kujenga Barabara na reli kwenda South Sudan sisi tunaendelea kuimba na ahadi leo hii ilitakiwa east Congo tumeshaiunganisha kwa reli, Nawashangaa sana wafanyabiashara wa Tanzania kutokuliangalia soko la Rwanda, Burundi na East DRC, wanasubiri serikali, badala ya kutoa proposal zao mi sidhani kama Serikali ya Kenya ndo inayafanya yote hayo lazima kutakuwa na mkono wa wafanyabiashara wa Kenya. kama hii ahadi ya rais itatekelezwa basi itakuwa na manufaa makubwa kwa kigoma,tabora na mikoa mingine kwa ujumla.
reli ya kati hutumiwa sana na wananchi hasa wenye kipato kidogo na mizigo mingi sana husafirishwa kwa sababu ya gharama zake za usafiri kuwa ndogo.
upanuzi wa reli hii utahitaji treni mpya na za kisasa na ni mategemeo yangu huduma zutakuwa nzuri.
Hakika ni faraja kubwa kwa watumiaji wa reli ya kati ila tusubiri tuone utekelezaji wake.

Why not..!!?? BRT, daraja la Kigamboni yote watu waliapa kuwa haiwezekani, yote imeshaanza. Flyover ya TAZARA na Terminal 3 ya JNIA same criticism, nazo ujenzi kuanza soon. Stop being negative...
 
Rais lazima atangaze nia ndiyo ujenzi uanze bandari tayari wameishaingia mkataba na makampuni ya China wanajenga Bagamoyo.

Tanzania wanajenga airport Dar es Salaam Third Terminal kampuni mbili za Uingereza na Ujerumani wameishaingia mikataba.

Reli hiyo inajengwa mradi unaanza wakati wowote kuanzia sasa.

Mkuu Ritz unasema with confidence kuwa ujenzi wa Reli utaanza wakati wo wote kuanzia sasa.

Umeshafanyika upembuzi yakinifu kubainisha hiyo reli itajengwa kwenye tuta la zamani au itapitishwa kwenye njia mpya?

Wasi wasi wangu ni kuwa,kama itapita kwenye tuta la hii reli ya sasa itabidi tukae bila huduma za treni wakati wote wa ujenzi!
 
Kitu kizuri ni kwamba..BADO TUNAKOPESHEKA..kama kauli za wakubwa wanavyosema..haaa haaa Tanzania bhana daa. Sawa wakubwa ssawa kila lkitu kitakuwa swwafi pale tu mtakapotupa tena miaka 5 mingine. Kwa kopo sijui kama tataweza na kwa maliasili zetu ni hiyogesi tu ndio tumaini madini mmh..wanyama ndio hao nao wanakufa!! Aisee lakini tunahoja na hamu ya maendeleo..reli ya kati mbaka kigoma pia mmh reli ya ya Tanga. Aisee sawa!!!

Wewe wacha porojo, kabla ya kushika uongozi Kikwete hata kwenda Mwanza kutokea Dar ilikuwa mpaka tupiptie Kenya. barabara nyang'a nyang'a toka wakati wa Nyerere. Leo unakwenda huku unakunywa gahwa ndani ya gari, hulijui hilo?

Miradi ya barabara Tanzania wakati huu ni mingi kuliko nchi yoyote ya Afrika chini ya Sahara.

Bandari usifikiri ni lelemama ile, usaini mkataba leo kesho uanze kujenga, kuna watu wa kuwahamisha, kuna miundo mbinu ya kutayarishwa, kuna logistics za kutayarishwa, kuna vifaa vya kukusanywa nje na ndani ya nchi, kuna upimaji wa kina cha maji, kuna upimaji wa udongo uliopo nje na na baharini kuna kila namna ya matayarisho (mobilization), na kwa mradi mkubwa haya matayarisho pekee huchukuwa si chini ya miaka miwili. Usifikiri kuna kucheza mdako pale.

Hivi hizo shule mlienda kufutwa ujinga au kujazwa ujinga?

..je, tukikubaliana na ushauri wa wa-Japani, kipande cha Isaka to Kigali, na Keza to Musongati vitajengwa kwa gauge ipi?
