Nyie hamkuwahi kutudanganya eti vijiji vyote vimebarikiwa na umeme wa REA. Kule wilayani Mbinga karibu vijiji vyote havijafikiwa na umeme.
Tuangalie Desemba kama umeme wa REA utafika Mahilo, Lissu, Lunoro, Kinango, Hagati, Luhagara, msururu ni mrefu sana.

Hi director of crb we concerned contractor ceylex engineering class one is not understand to prepare the project strategy management to identify in analysis in agreement as follow
1. Financial management and security fund and controller in analysis to identify as follow
A. Budget of labor cost price already instructed only one per km estimated and price labor cost customers connection and price labor cost to install transformer instructed only one
B. Did not paid instructed in agreement for purchased working tools at site and damage tools
C. Did not paid instructed in agreement for purchased safety gear PPE and insurance our staff
D. Transportation cost budget daily cost at site
E. Fuel cost budget at site daily
F. Transportation cost budget to follow material warehouse accessories
G. Fuel cost budget to follow material warehouse
H. Annex 1 budget running cost instructed tsh is amount 119.709.450 and deducted 10% in analysis as follow
1. Labor cost per day 20 casual labor qty and climbing 5 qty and supervision cost our management and drive one clew
2. Transportation cost daily at site 100.000tsh
3. Fuel cost budget our scope of work 16.733 km mv dives -:- 5km per liter is available 3.3466lite times 2 our destination is available 6.6932 lite daily at site
