They pay taxes to the government, not to Jesus/ Church/ Mosque.

We are not talking about a religious leader here, we are talking about a head of state.

You would make more sense quoting The Constitution and the annals of secular leadership.

The issue here is fairness.
Is it unfair to help someone just because others need help too?
Secular or not, mtu akija ofisini kwako kukupa shukran kwa msaada uliompa haimaanishi anaabuse purpose ya ofisi yako, hata kama ni ya serikali.

Fairness inaruhusu anayehitaji msaada zaidi kupatiwa msada kwanza, Ray C ndiye aliyehitaji msaada zaidi wa serikali? Mtu mwenye fan base iliyokuwa tayari inamchangia mpaka mama yake sasa anasema wasimchangie tena?

Kuna watu wangapi wanahitaji msaada Tanzania? Wengine wanaumwa zaidi ya Ray C, kwa nini kachaguliwa Ray C na si wengine?

Fairness inataka kuwe na transparency ili kila mtu awe na equal access.Ikulu inaweza kutuambia Ray C kafuata mchakato gani ambao Mtanzania yeyote anaweza kuutumia ili kupata msada wa rais?

Umebaki kushikilia kuwa anatumia viwanja vya ikulu, ndiyo maana nikakuuliza mtu akija ofisini kwako wizara ya utamaduni (or wherever) kukupa shukran, utakuwa umetumia vibaya sehemu ya walipa kodi?
