Real Madrid (‎Los Blancos) | Special Thread

Ndio wamejaa humu, ntawapuuza huko pote ila sio kwenye hii thread, i promise. I know how to deal with all kinds. Real Madrid humu itanyooshewa vidole na Madridistas tu, wengine wafanye kwa adabu.

A decision about Ancelotti's future hasn't been made yet. Lack of an obvious replacement could mean he stays [@LucasNavarreteM]

Ancelotti's future in the balance

Carlo Ancelotti wants to carry on at Real Madrid, but the club is in two minds about whether he should keep his job.

There is real uncertainty at the Real Madrid camp as to who will be the manager next season. The question on everyone's lips is where to lay the blame: is Ancelotti the culprit, are Juventus responsible, or is that just the way it goes in football?

Following a season that promised six trophies and only yielded two - the European Super Cup way back in August, and the FIFA Club World Cup against weak opposition, the word failure inevitably comes to mind at a club like Real Madrid, whose trophy room craves its next run of success.

Doubts have been cast regarding whether Ancelotti will keep his post, having previously bought himself another year's grace largely thanks to Sergio Ramos's 93rd minute equaliser that saved Real Madrid from the final whistle and Champions League defeat last season. Furthermore, the Italian coach has failed to win La Liga in his two years at the club and this will not help his cause.

That said, nothing has been decided yet and Ancelotti has been reassured in the wake of his team losing to Juventus. The truth of the matter is that he clearly wants to continue. Nonetheless, the Real Madrid president will consider his future carefully in the next two weeks and only time will tell.

Kufungwa kubaya sana aisee, yaani kuondoka bila kombe inatia hasira sana. Sasa naona watu mpaka sasa wana hasira tuu.

Kufungwa ni kawaida, hatukatai kutaniwa hata kama inauma, iwe tu na mipaka. Ukiongea hivi unakaribishwa. Hata mimi naweza pia kuja kwenu nikaanza ku-post El Pasilo, zaidi ya kuwa sijali mambo yenu nawaheshimu pia, do the same.

Henry: "This is Real Madrid, if you don't deliver every year, you have to go. That's just how it is."

"We would be happy to see Ancelotti in the Premier League. He's a great manager and a great guy."

"I think Zidane can take the job because Pep had to do that. When he was with the youth at Barca everyone said it was too early."

"But Pep did well & Zidane can be the guy and one thing in his favour is the crowd would be patient because he is a legend."

Real rivalling Atlético for Alex Sandro

Real Madrid have been scouring the market for a left-back for some time, with Fábio Coentrão almost certain to depart at the end of the season. A player who is high up their wishlist is Porto's Alex Sandro, who has also been targeted by Atlético. Such is the interest in the Brazilian that last Saturday a 'Los Blancos' official travelled to the north of Portugal to lay the groundwork for possible negotiations in the future.

Sandro is in his fourth season at Porto and his current contract expires in June 2016, which means that he is due to enter the final 12 months of his deal this summer. This sort of situation usually leads clubs to consider offloading players and to drop their asking price, since they are reluctant to risk losing saleable assets for free at the end of their contracts. The 24-year-old has a €50 million release clause, but his market value, according to highly regarded website transfermarkt, is €18 million.

Born in Catanduva, in the state of São Paulo, Sandro is a Brazil international, although he has been left out of the squad for the upcoming Copa América. Better known for his attacking ability than his defensive solidity, he is good on the ball and skilful. He joined Porto from Santos at the same time as Danilo in a deal worth €9.6 million.
