Balague ana mambo ya ajabu sana yule jamaa, si nilisema hii kitu. Madrid hawawezi kufanya upumbavu wa kumrudisha Mourinho, not anytime soon, bora hata Ancelotti afundishe milele.

Manchester Unitedhave slapped a €40m price tag on David de Gea.

Manchester United and Real Madrid may have no choice but to come to an agreement. There is no other solution. However, David de Gea is not the only name on the table at both the Santiago Bernabéu and Old Trafford.
Fabio Coentrao is another of the players who may be set for a change of teams, in this case, packing his bags and leaving Real Madrid to begin a new adventure with Premier League giants Manchester United.

The left-back's relationship with the English side began during the summer of 2013 when his move to United broke down at the very last moment, just as Real Madrid agreed terms for Granada's Siqueira, now at Atlético de Madrid, who then ended up moving to Benfica.
Manchester United have priced David de Gea at €40m. The Real Madrid board had hoped to recover some of €30m they paid Benfica for Coentrao back in the summer of 2011, but they know that as things stand that is not going to happen.

€20m looks like a best case scenario, although €15m is looking like a more realistic transfer fee for the Portuguese, one which will end his four-year stint - full of ups and downs - at Real Madrid.

Sorry for Coentrao. We need a strong wall for next season, but I'm sure he'll have a permanent number in pemier league.

Spain and Real Madrid legendary Midfielder Michel: "I'm not entirely sure, but I think it could be the final game for Casillas at Real Madrid."

"Ancelotti gave Iker the choice, and if he's chosen to play the last game of the season at the Bernabeu, it's for a reason."

Michel: "I'm convinced by the ability of De Gea as a goalkeeper, but as a substitute? We'll have to see....."

"As a GK, you have to highlight how well De Gea can play with the ball at his feet & leadership qualities he's learned playing in EPL."

"If De Gea decides to leave United, it will leave a hole that will be very difficult for MUFC to fill."

Back to training to start preparing the game against Getafe. Today the session will be held at the Bernabéu (16:30h).

Florentino's Madrid: seven big titles from a possible 36

Real Madrid will end the 2014-15 season with the European Super Cup and Club World Cup under their belt, although they will not be in contention for any of the three major titles. Not the Copa del Rey (they were eliminated by Atlético Madrid in the last 16), not La Liga (they will finish second), nor the Champions League (they were knocked out by Juventus in the semi-finals).

Since Florentino Pérez returned to Real Madrid before the start of the 2009-10 season, the capital club have won only four of the 18 big titles that have been available. And if you add those figures to those from his first reign, Madrid have won just seven titles from a possible 36.

This is the summary of Pérez’s second spell as president of Real Madrid:
2009-2010. The first season, with Manuel Pellegrini on the bench, ended without any silverware. Madrid were embarrassingly knocked out of the Copa del Rey by Alcórcon, while they also fell at the hands of Lyon in the Champions League. They were in contention to win La Liga until the final day, but they lost out to Barcelona after they drew with Málaga and the Catalans beat Valladolid. In summary, no titles from the three that were available. Pellegrini did not continue at the club.

2010-11. José Mourinho landed in Madrid ahead of the 2010-11 season, but the hegemonic Barcelona of Pep Guardiola and Lionel Messi once again conquered La Liga, in which Madrid chances of taking the title ended earlier than they had done in the previous season. In the Champions League they were also thwarted by Barcelona, who knocked them out in the semi-finals following a controversial two-legged tie. Madrid did, however, manage to triumph in the Copa del Rey in Valencia, with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring the only goal of the game against Barcelona in extra-time during an electrifying, controversial and beautiful final. In summary, one big title from the three that were on offer.

2011-12. Madrid conquered La Liga. It was the league of 100 points, the one which Mourinho, alongside his coaching staff, boasted about in the press room at the end of the season. Barcelona knocked them out of the Copa del Rey at the quarter-final stage after Mourinho had named a controversial line-up. It was in the first leg, and it came not long after losing 3-1 at home to Barça in the league. In the Champions League, Bayern Munich ended Madrid’s dreams of reaching the final by beating them on penalties in the last four. In summary, one big title from the three that were available.

2012-13. Mourinho finished his spell at Madrid without winning a major trophy in a season for the first time in his career. The La Liga title tilt was abandoned and after the last match of 2012 (against Málaga, with Adán fielded in goal ahead of Iker Casillas) they found themselves 16 points behind Barcelona. In the Champions League, Borussia Dortmund knocked them out following a memorable performance from Robert Lewandowski at the Westfalenstadion, which they failed to turn around at the Bernabéu despite a strong showing. The Mourinho era ended with a defeat, at the Bernabéu, against Atlético Madrid in the Copa del Rey final. In summary, zero trophies from three major titles on offer. Mourinho did not continue.

2013-14. Carlo Ancelotti arrived and this time, yes, Madrid won finals. They won the Copa against Barcelona thanks to a goal from Gareth Bale, which was scored after he beat Marc Bartra in a foot race. It was in Valencia. And the Champions League final was saved thanks to that historic goal from Sergio Ramos in Lisbon against Atlético Madrid. The chances to win La Liga, however, were lost on bad nights against Valladolid and Celta Vigo due to the poor physical state of the team…like this year. In summary, two of the big three titles were secured.

2014-15. Madrid started like a shot, winning the European Super Cup. It heralded the start of the cycle, or so it was put to Carlo Ancelotti in the press room in Cardiff after the defeat of Sevilla. But after winning the Club World Cup, the Madrid of 22 consecutive victories sank. Held off in La Liga, thanks to poor results at Mestalla, the Calderón, San Mamés and the Camp Nou, and beaten by Atlético in the Copa, they had a sad epilogue in the Champions League against Juventus. On the two previous occasions when Madrid ended the season without a major title, the coaches’ services were dispensed with.

Florentino’s first spell.
It’s curious, the numbers can be traced back to Pérez’s first spell as Madrid president. In his first six seasons, the Spanish capital club won only three big titles from a possible 18. These included the La Liga crown in 2000-01, the Champions League in 2001-02, thanks to the goals of Raúl and Zinedine Zidane in Glasgow, and La Liga the following season, following the signing of Ronaldo Nazario after his resurrection at the World Cup in Japan and South Korea.

All three titles were secured under the stewardship of Vicente del Bosque, who ended up outside the club, replaced by Carlos Queiroz. Between 2002-03 and 2005-06, when he resigned after that image on the pitch at Mallorca (at the end of February), Madrid did not win anything. In total, seven big titles from a possible 36. If it was basketball, it would be less than 20 percent effective.
