The Portuguese's form has dipped since winning his third Ballon d'Or, just as his irritability on the pitch has grown. His teammates, in particular Sergio Ramos, are trying to help Real Madrid's top goalscorer, but the Portuguese's winning mentality has not made that easy during what is his worst start to a year since moving to the Bernabéu.

The nine goals he has notched up since the beginning of the year are his worst goalscoring stats since joining the club. For now, his teammates can ignore his behaviour because they need him back at his best for the trip to the Camp Nou and the rest of the Champions League campaign.

Ronaldo does not feel comfortable out on the pitch. He is irritable, nothing is going his way and he is struggling in front of goal, all of which is stressing him out and bringing out that sadder side last seen when he said he needed to go and find a new challenge back in September 2012.

As long as he is at the club, CR7 will continue to give his all, just as he did back in the day, despite expressing how unhappy he was at the Bernabéu. He didn't give up the fight back then and he will not now, irrespective of how he feels or whether he sees his long-term future at Real Madrid or not. [Via: Marca]
