Diego Alves without a single doubt is the best GK in La Liga so underrated. I don't think Valencia would've got a point out of this game without his mid-blowing saves. We did well after being 2-0 down to a great defensive team, we were unlucky but this is part of the game and we have to accept that.

We are now 4 points behind Barcelona, even if they drop 3 points in any game we won't be able to win the league. La Liga is over for us. We have to give our eternal best against Juve on Wednesday. Kroos is also probably out of the Juve game according to reports. If we play as a unit i think we'll surpass the challenge. Btw well played Valencia ‪#‎HalaMadrid‬

-Arbeloa na Coentrao ni bangi kama wachezaji wa Simba na Yanga, hawa ni mabest wa Mourinho. Sijui kwanini msingewatimua baada ya Jose kuondoka. Mbaya zaidi kawaweka na Pepe.
-Ila mbona kuna kipindi mlikuwa mnalalamika Kocha habadili kikosi, leo si kabadili? Ila ni upuuzi kumpanga Arbeloa na Illara kwa Game ya leo.

Kikosi ukiingiza first IX, waliobaki bench unakata tamaa kabisa. Hali hii mi niliiona tangu kipindi cha usajili, siku za kusajili zilikuwa zinaisha wao wamekaa tu. Tukapoteza game ya kwanza, siku ya mwisho ya usajili, ndio wakamsainisha Chicharito usiku usiku.

POST MATCH ANALYSIS:

Real Madrid 2-2 Valencia
Nobody except a true Madridista would be able to understand the feelings. But the league is practically gone again and for a second consecutive year we have missed it just by a whisker..For now,It feels as if someone has snatched something really important away but don't worry the grief will all be washed away soon and Real Madrid will win the La Undecima like a miracle.


Real Madrid started with their trusted and tested 4-3-3 today and looked dangerous right from the kick off.GARETH BALE's FK in a good position came off the top corner of Diego Alves' goal,he could have done nothing about it had it been slightly on the left.BALE looked promising today just like his.old self and he was desperate to win us this game and played well after a long time.But Valencia scored a few minutes later thanks to pin point pass from Jose Louis Gaya,this is the second time this season that he has assisted against Real Madrid and beaten a man like PEPE in the defense.PEPE was good in the second half but lacked motivation in the first which lead to our first and second goals but you really can't blame him alone for the second goal.RAMOS could have also done better in marking Valencia's attacker to prevent a free header. After going 2-0 down,it was all Real Madrid trying to make a come back and fighting for every lose ball,Kroos was injured and subbed off and Illaramendi was brought on for him and TBH for the first time this season,that guy played well.ISCO and JAMES pulled the strings of the Real Madrid side well without KROOS alongside ILLARAMENDI and started moving the ball well creating chances on both sides of the oppositions goal.

Real Madrid's attacking game started to pay off and RONALDO's header struck the crossbar and minutes later CHICARITO's shot came off the post.Sheer unluck since all 3 of RMD's forwards had struck the woodwork in the first half.Valencia conceded a penalty when Bale was fouled in the penalty box in the 46th minute which was struck by Ronaldo but saved by Diego Alves.Diego Alves was superb today,had there been any other keeper he would have conceded atleast 4 goals today but he came out on top on most occasions. He saved Chicharito's flair shot,Bale's stunner from going in,Ramos' stinging header from heading into the net and many more balls that went goal wards!

Something to appreciate is CHICHARITO's commitment today,they guy barely played throughout the season and will probably gone in the summer but he ran himself inti the ground today,he literally was everywhere on the pitch and I saw him got back and help his defense on numerous occasions as well.This guy deserves to start against Juventus ahead of Benzema.

Pepe scored Real's first goal through a great header and ISCO scored a great goal for Real Madrid from outside the box in the 80s to bring Madrid back on level terms but in the end a draw wasn't good enough to keep Real Madrid's title hopes alive.

Glad that Real Madrid fought today till the very end after a disastrous start but my team has made me proud and after watching their commitment and hard work, I can say
that If we play in the Champions League like we did after conceding twice in the first 30 minutes,then the UCL will be ours.

KROOS update: Toni was taken off as a precaution, nothing serios. Still he will undergo more tests tomorrow.
 
Toni Kroos is very sore, but wants to play against Juventus [@nuevobernabeu].
