Kuna sababu za kumleta Reus Pale kwakuwa rotation ni kitu muhimu sana kwasababu Real wanacheza mechi nyingi sana per season, kwahiyo hii haiwezi kufanyika kama benchi limejaa watu wasio na self confidence. Kitu kingine ni kwamba kwenye squad kutakuwa na competition, kila mtu anajua nikicheza vibaya lazima nichome mahindi, sasa kama bench limejaa magalasa ushindani utatoka wapi?

"The Benitez plan"

-Win over the dressing room by speaking face to face with the players.

-His fitness coach, Paco de Miguel, has showcased in a report how the player's physical condition drop in a pre-season when a long distance pre-season is involved.

-Looking to close the squad as soon as possible.

-Benitez will use a squad rotation system that could even see the likes of Cristiano sit out games on the bench and avoid a situation like this season where CR7 was clearly suffering from fatigue.

-Tactical preparation is one of the future Rafa's strong points. He worked on the design of the Globall Coach programme, which was later commercially exploited.

-Oversee the youth set-up by bringing in trusted coaches.

-Benítez is aware that he was not on the favourite lists to take over from Ancelotti. One of his ambitions is to win over the Real Madrid fans via his motto: "Work, work, work".

BENITEZ AND STAFF ON REAL MADRID PRIVATE JET THIS MORNING

Rafa Benitez is due in Madrid today.

Benitez signed off from Napoli with defeat to Lazio last night, leaving the club out of the Champions League places.

AS says he'll take a private jet this morning after having a farewell dinner last night with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.

Benitez will be in Spain this morning in preparation for his unveiling asReal Madrid coach on Wednesday.

On the private jet will also be his staff, Juan Francisco Sanchez, Xavi Valero, Paco de Miguel and Antonio Gomez.

Mwanzo sikutaka Rafa aje, but kadri muda unavyokwenda nazidi kupata sababu za kumkubali. He will have my support, yeye tu azingue.
