we should focus for 50 yrs later,new constitution should come up with solutions on this. The chair now let it come from neutral political ground
 
This was set from the get go, she was elected for this purpose....to suppress Upinzani but i think even they underestimated her incompetence really. If she will heed your/our calls and resign i doubt it so we got anothet 2 years to deal with this Madame Speaker na Ndugai wake

Kuna siku nilichambua kanuni humu baada ya Mhe. Speaker kukasirika na kuamuru hakuna cha muongozo wa spika wa cha nini, bunge linaendelea!. Nakauli mamlaka hayo ya kuzuia muongozo wa spika, huyu mama anayapata wapi?,

Sikujibiwa!.

Juzi mbunge ametoa hoja binafsi, kwa kanuni za bunge, serikari inatakiwa kujibu hoja, waziri anasimama anatoa hoja ya kuiwithraw hoja ya mbunge!, spika anaridhia!. Kwa mujibu wa kanuni, hoja ikishakubaliwa, mwenye mamlaka ya kuiondoa kabla haijajadiliwa ni mbunge mtoa hoja only!, no one else!.

Tangu mama Makinda anachaguliwa, nilikuwepo Dodoma!, nilipost hii kitu, Bunge la 10: A Wrong 1st Step!, A Wrong 1st Start! . Press Conference yake ya kwanza nilihudhuria, na nilimuuliza kuhusu kupigiwa upatu wa nafasi hiyo na kumtajia waliompigia upatu huo, akawaruka!, Spika Makinda Press Conference Live!.

Sio mara moja wa mbili, Mhe. Spika amejidhihirisha her ignorance on kanuni, kitendo cha kuzifuta hoja zote binafsi, ni uthibitisho wa udhaifu wake kuendesha bunge, hivyo kwa kifupi, Spika wa Bunge Mhe. Anne Semamba Makinda (MP), ameshindwa Kazi!.

When she was picked to top kutokana na "alichonacho", CCM thought that she was an "asset!", now she has proven beyond reasonable doubt that she is a not an asset anymore but she is a liability waiting for disposal!. Kama kawaida yao CCM watagangamala naye, this makes the 2015 job more easier!.

Ile standard aliyoiweka Six ilikuwa kubwa sana. Nakumbuka jinsi Six alivyomwambia asikurupuke kuhusu uwasilishaji wa hoja ya richmond, inaonekana Six alikuwa akimjua vizuri katika utendaji wao wa kila siku!
 
Huyu Mama yetu laiti angeenda kujifunza kwa mwenzake wa Uganda Spika Rebecca Kadaga alivyo na misimamo dhabiti kiasi hata kumyima usingizi Rais Yoweri Museveni, huenda angeepuka aibu inayomkuta hivi sasa.
 
Here the issue of 'track record' comes again. When she was elected this was overlooked and people were carried away with 'gender' band wagon.. The way we look at things/personalities will continue to take a toll on us dearly until we change..

It was very clear with me, since day one of her being a Speaker, thus she will fail; I was very sad; but on the other hand it was a great pleasure to me especially after having given it a deep thought on implications of her weakness.

It was very clear with me thus her weakness will trigger positive changes in mindset of some of our fellow Tanzanians who are in a deep sleep in terms of understanding the importance of having a strong political opposition in our country, just as is for any country on Earth!

With her favoring CCM, she is actually contributing in killing it; this is indeed a job well done, is it not?

Madame Speaker, please keep on, you are so much helping this Nation 'indirectly, so keep on the poor performance you have revealed over the past two years.

hata hiki wanachoita viti maalumu si kwa faida ya wanawake bali ni ulaji wa watu wachache.

Mtu apewe nafasi ya uongozi kutokana na uwezo wake na si kwa sababu ya jinsia yake.

I Real hate this incompetent and incapable speaker who was merely elevated to this position simply because she is a woman. Shame on her and ccm.

kweli aisee, hujaelewa eh? Ngoja tumuombe atafasiri lakini itaongeza muda na dunia haipo kutusubiri tena! Hii lugha ya mkoloni ndio inaeleweka kwa wengi duniani sema tu bahati mbaya hapa kwetu inaeleweka kwa wachache. Kaza buti SHEMEJI
 
Comrade MMK, its very sad that your call for resignation will be seen as indiscipline because to CCM cadres such a move is a defeat rather than accountability. since this is not their culture, even if all Tanzanians demonstrate for the same call they will be told that they are dancing music they dont understand and that is sang by individuals who are jelous and are there to ensure that the existing peace withers away.

I have been following the on going Bunge and i saw all what had transpired, unfortunately the whole process against opposition move was unfair. However i call all CCM MPs and Members to know that " YOU MAY CHAIN THE TONGUES OF MEN BUT YOU WILL NEVER TOUCH THEIR MINDS"

@Mzee Mwanakijiji , Ni kweli kabisa unaamini spika yeye binafsi atakubali kujiuzulu mwenyewe? huku yeye anaona yuko sawa?Ungetoa pia ushauri wa namna ya kumng'oa kwenye kiti, kama sheria na katiba zinaruhusu hivyo.

By watering down our constitutional rights she remain with no option on the table other than to step down.
 
Madam Speaker acts as is a government employee and a coach for the ruling party. as for Ndugai started atleast good but now is proving failure. They think can continue fooling us no way anymore! we know better what is going on mjengoni. If they want to preserve their respect, I think it is better they resign or if it is possible at all change for the better.
 
Pickn mama semamba makinda as a speaker of our national assembly was one of those mistake CCM committed, if they needed speaker who will defend their interests I think was supposed to find right and smart person who knows how to deal with opposition and not who opposes opposition in the parliament. What is happening in the parliament now it has great negative impact in 2015(general election), opposition are now gaining public sympathy and CCM is seing as an enemy.. If CCM want to be at safe side in 2015 they have to find someone else who will lead national assembly for this remaining yrz,mama makinda pliz step down..
