1. A j-7 is a mig21 manufuctured under chinese license.. with some avionics improvements.

2.I have not said anywhere that the F5 is more advanced than the J-7, i said it has very minimal advantage over the F-5 that will not in itself guarantee victory - PILOT CAPABILITY , TRAINING AND NUMBERS OF PLANES WILL DETERMINE THE OUTCOME.

3. j-7 cannot be really considered new technology, it's still in the same class as F5E - a light fighter meant for low budget nations..wacha kujichocha ...

Now you know very well that Tanzania enjoys air force superiority over Kenya. About comparison between Su-30 and j-7, please do the same as you have done before, you have shown the differences between F-5 and J-7.

What you will find out is that, the difference between Su-30 and J-7 is very very small than between F-5 and J-7. I am sure you have seen it that's why you don't like to post them here.

Bado huijui Tanzania, tulinunua 14 J-7 kureplace our old Mig 21, we have about 32 of them, we don't count them because they are old, but if you count those old outdated F-5, then we will also count our Mig 21.

Please do comparison between J-7 and Su-30, this will make you to believe that only 5 J-7 can dominant all Kenya air space and destroy all your old F-5.

We are not talking about number, what matters is technology, you may have big number of old weapons like F-5, very old jets, but can't do anything. Our army has very sophisticated weapons.

You have forget the fact that TPDF has best air defence strategically positioned. It does not matter how many fighter jets you have all of them will not get to TZ air space without being shot down

China is decades behind USA, Russia and Europe in military equipments.. they can build roads and railway but weapons esp avionics, they still buy engine technology from Russia.

Look at the difference in bold - Range and weight it can carry - that means it can carry more missiles/bombs many times compared to the J-7....

These 2 jets are incomparable my friend and i have not even included the other technical specs, this is what Uganda has, in case of a war with Uganda, if you have the F-5 or the J-7 you would need to have very good air-defense systems or destroy these planes while they are still in the hangar.

The small advantage that the J-7 has over the F-5 is too minimal to make a difference. pilot training and numbers will make all the difference here.
The F5E have upgraded avionics to include python-4 missiles.

The only jets that scare us in this region are the su-30 in the Ugandan airforce... but they are only 6.
