Russia could go to war with the USA any day now. What are your thoughts on this?
I truly hope not as the war wouldn’t be fought in US but in Europe.
But there is something that our American allies don’t really understand. Russia can’t be changed overnight with war or with the threat of war.
Russia can’t overnight become a democratic country like the US.
Russia can’t overnight abandon their political and economical system and open to the West that of course is expecting to exploit Russian resources.
And even if Putin was to die tonight, his successors won’t be democratic leaders.
Putin will eventually be substituted by Nikolai Patrushev, former KGB General

Only Russians can decide on that, not USA.

Gadaffi was toppled and assassinated by his fellow country men (Libya rebels) but under NATO's help and watch (Gadaffi and Libyan themselves are to blamed for creating a political vacuum which NATO filled it for their own interests).

Saddam was attacked and removed from power by US and her allies on false allegations of possessing WMD and harbouring Al qaeda, but was later sentenced to death by an Iraq Court for crimes he committed while in power (he is partly to be blamed for his own downfall).
