Soma vizuri na uelewe, si kupitapita tu hata mwishowe haujui unafanya nini.... compaction inafanywa na mitambo, lakini uzito wa reli kupitia pale mara kadhaa ndo inahakikisha/thibitisha kwamba compaction ina hold...Picha gani ya temporary rail?? Contractor amepewa Time line, How he handles his logistics is his problem, some may want to construct a temporary rail to increase their costs and some look at the cheapest and fastest way to haul materials to site. Tatizo lako ni ushamba nothing special here it will be a surprise a constructor to use any means of transport to transport sleepers whire construction progresses as in the same direction as flow of materials. I am pretty sure only things like quarries can come different i.e. with trucks before being transffered to wagons depending on the location of material source as usually r a bit further from the construction sites. I can comfotaby say 70-80% of the materials used to build the sgr were transported by the sgr itself
