TZ SGR will be cheaper to move cargo to Uganda compared from Mombasa. Electric train ya Tz Sgr pulls more cargo per trip at cheaper cost and faster speed only 7 hours to mwanza from Dar Es salaam. From mwanza goods are loaded into cargo ships destined for port bell in Uganda remember economies of scale in mode of transport. It is cheaper to send goods by ship compared to trucks and rail. Reli ya tz haina mikopo ya riba kubwa hence break even yake will be immediate. A huge Isaka dry port will coordinate cargo from Rwanda Burundi Uganda Congo and South Sudan including Zambia and Tanzanian mineral ores in the gold belt of lake Victoria to Dar port. Hapa tunaongelea availability ya mizigo to and fro Dar port. Unlike Kenya sgr imeishia Naivasha then you need to do move cargo to a slower MTR to Kampala it involves time and cost rendering Kenyan sgr not profitable in the long run.
