Sheria ya Makosa ya Mtandao 2015: Kwa mkakati huu wa Serikali, Watumiaji wa Mitandao tutapona?

Hapo bado sanaaaa serikali inaweza kufanya hivyo ila kuna kila namna ya kufanyaa ili kukwepa hii sheria yako, kuna njia nyingi sanaa naweza ku post na still wakaangaika kunitafutaa, so kama watataka kunifata basi wanifate huku nilipo

Sasa mtu atajuaje software yoyote anayoitumia haijawa adapted kuweza ku commit an offence bila ku step through the source code?

Hivi hawa wanaotunga sheria hizi wanajua kwamba ukiondoa Microsoft na wajanja wachache virtually the entire computing world has no access to Microsoft Operating System code, because Microsoft is not an open source system. Sasa wanatunga sheria ya kututaka tujue software ikoje wakati kuna software kibao zimefungwa, hatujui at the code level zinafanya kazi vipi?

The law is supposed to make things clear, yet this one has a cyclic and redundant logic. What exactly is "unlawfully deal with or posses"? What makes a dealing unlawful in this context? Does the word "unlawful" extend to "or posses" or is it limited to "deal with"? This could make a big difference in an actual case.

Mtu asiye na elimu ya computer akiwa na computer yake iliyovamiwa na virusesbikafanywa bot (adapted for the purpose of commiting an offense) mtu huyo kama hajui yote hayo, ana makosa au hana?

Kuna watu wengi sana computer zao ni ma bot hata hawajui, wanasema tu "computer hii siki hizi iko so slow halafu ina ma pop up kibao"

The kicker is, unakita mbunge anayepitisha hizi sheria hajui hata open source system ni zipi na proprietary systems ni nini.

Scratch that, mbunge kama Majimarefu hata kitumia scientific calculator mgogoro, let alone computer.

Yes ni kosa, according to them
My mum at home posses nife for cutting and peeling on cooking stuff.
But me when i use it for Killing then my mum will be arrested for possesing equipment which was designed for the purpose of committing an offence.

We shall not use Mozilla Firefox because others use it for SQL injection.
We shall not use TOR cuz others use it for database sniffing.
We shall not use Whatsapp cuz others use it for spreading child pornography.

It is very sad that lastly they would say that, we must not use internet cuz others use it for spreading political propaganda.

Collectively, hata PC nazo ni kosa kumiliki kwa sababu zinaweza kutumika na ziko very well adapted kufanya offence.

Hivi ni nani aliyetunga hizi sheria lakini?

Mimi nawapongeza sana serikali kwa uamuzi wao huo mzuri kwani watatusaidia sana watanzania kurudia maadili yetu ya kitanzania na pia nawaomba waweke sheria kali za kudhibiti mitandao hii ya kijamii ambao inaanzishwa kwa malengo fulani fulani na kuwalazimisha watumiaji wote wafuate mlengo huo.Hongera sana serikali yangu kwa uamuzi huo.
