20. (1) Every person has the right to freedom of conscience, religion, thought, belief and opinion.
(2) Every person has the right, either individually or in community with others, in public or in private, to manifest any religion or belief through worship, observance, including observance of a day of worship, practice or teaching.
(3) A religious community may establish and run places of education at its own expense and to provide religious instruction for persons of that community in the course of providing the education.
(4) Religious observance or religious instruction may be conducted at a State or State-aided institution, if- (a) conducted on an equitable basis; and (b) attendance at such religious observance or religious instruction is voluntary.

I see nothing here that warrants kupiga marufuku hao wakristo wachache walioko huko kusherehekea Krismas.Kwanza wasomalia 100% ni waislam wamadhebu ya sunni na niwanachama wa jumuia ya nchi za kiislam na mwanachama wa nchi za kiarabu na ijumaa ndio siku ya mapumziko kwa wiki.
Basi somalia haijawahi kusherehekea Christmas toka taifa hilo liundwe, kwa hivo kupiga marufuku siyo kosa kwa kuwa wao ni taifa la kiislam.

Somalia plans to re-apply to join the six-member East African Community (EAC) bloc in 2017, the country's ambassador said Sunday.
Somali Ambassador to Kenya Gamal Hassan told journalists in Nairobi that its application in 2016 was postponed as it had not met all the requirements of admission.
"Hopefully our application to join the EAC will receive a positive response during the EAC summit in 2017," Hassan said during the Eastleigh Business Summit, which brought together business people from the Somali business community in Kenya.
EAC partner states include Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda and South Sudan.
Hassan said Somalia's membership will help boost trade between Somalia and its EAC neighbors. "It will also help provide employment opportunities for youth in the region," he added.
