Hahaha. Hata nikikuletea video ya PS of petroleum wa Uganda akisema the same thing najua bado utasema he was not speaking authoritatively. Nakujua tabia yako sana.

The guy says, "But in oil and gas all the agreements that Uganda and Tanzania oil companies had to enter have been concluded, the only issue pending is the loan! implement pipeline agreement both in the side of Tanzania and Uganda, which is already in progress..!"

I don't understand what this fool of JF is talking about!
 
By the way nani ana ile video ya signing ceremony iliofanyika Kampala tarehe April 11th. Ninataka speech ya PS of petroleum wa Uganda. Nimeitafuta youtube lakini siioni.

east african crude oil pipeline bill is a new bill which will definately be signed. show us place where she said the project will not take off unless this bill is signed. hiyo bill hata inaweza sainiwa next year still will not affect tendering process. for example Total and cnooc have currently awarded tenders to mcmortte for tilenga fields and the company has already started working on Engineering and procurement. when the tender is fully awarded, they will start working on supply, construction and commissioning. Tuonyeshe kwenye hiyo video wapi amesema project haitafanyika mpaka bill isainiwe.

What the minister was talking is
about an Act to grant rights, or to provide for the granting of rights, over land to a company known as EACOP; and to provide for matters
connected with or ancillary to the foregoing.
So this Act have nothing to do with the Petroleum Regulations of both countries. They are quite different pieces of legislations. Each regulates different affairs.

Wala hizi bill hazihusiani na petroleum Acts. Hizi zitahusu EACOP kama entity tu.
 
Naisubiri kwa hamu hii shida sina any updates natumaini huu uzi utafanya kitu fulani.

Wewe jana si ndio ulisema kwamba tayari mumepitisha sheria ya petroleum ya 2014 kwa hivyo hamstahili kupitisha sheria mpya? Nilikuwa nakuweka sawa yaani kukuonyesha tu kwamba ulikuwa wrong.
