Ha ha police reforms bado zinafanyika. Kutoka 2010 tulipopata katiba mpya ikaanza kuwa service sio force. Lakini kumekuwa na mabadiliko sana kutoka wakati huo. Afisa wa Polisi akipatikana akidhulumu raia anafutwa kazi mara moja. Kuna IPOA ambayo inaangalia nidhamu ya utendakazi wa polisi pia sana Sana mambo ya ukiukaji wa haki za kibinadamu.

Choppers are difficult to fly and their safety record is way below fixed wing aircrafts, statistics put them at 30% capable of crashing than fixed wing aircrafts, because they have so many parts that need to work in tandem with small tolerances for mechanical failures.Choppers are unforgiving, small issue and they crash considering their flight levels mostly is around 10,000 feet unlike fixed wing that can do 0ver 30,000 feet, incase of any issues the latter is easier to recover either from a stall or any problem.Notable incidences are Kobe's Sikorsky expensive chopper, Leceister football club owner Augstawestland chopper.Even in flight school you get training on suprise engine failure, imagine if a chopper's engine failed what would happen?

More of the company's reputation and not second hand, even if it were second hand, alot has to be done for it to meet the necessary aviation authorities approval, why was the company's engineer in the flight when it crashed?
