Mwenyekiti wa kampuni hiyo Nicholas Ng'ang'a amesema kuwa afya ya Collymore ilikuwa mbaya majuma ya hivi karibuni.
Collymore, alichukua likizo ya matibabu ya miezi tisa mwishoni mwa mwaka 2017 na kuelekea nchini Uingereza kwa ajili ya matibabu ya saratani.

Alirejea Kenya mwezi Juni mwaka jana, Gazeti la Standard media nchini Kenya limeripoti.

Marehemu ameacha mke na watoto wanne.

Collymore alianza kuongoza gurudumu la Safaricom mwaka 2010 kutoka kwa Michael Joseph ambaye kwa sasa ni mmoja wa wajumbe wa bodi ya kampuni hiyo, pia mwenyekiti wa bodi ya shirika la ndege la Kenya Airways.

Mwaka 2017 wanahisa walipiga kura kuongeza mkataba wa Bob Collymore kwa miaka miwili baada ya mkataba wake kuisha.

Mkataba aliokuwa akiufanyia kazi ulikuwa unatarajiwa kufikia tamati mwaka 2020 na kumfanya kuwa Mkurugenzi aliyekalia kiti hicho kwa muda mrefu zaidi kwenye historia ya kampuni hiyo.

Sometimes human beings can hardly believe that God is the only healer of any irreversible and incurable diseases/sicknesses but Doctors treat!! People perish due to lack of vision. I would advise any rich person or any individual from amongst the elite and incidentally are suffering from such incurable diseases, should put their pride aside, recognize that there is a Creator(God) and the same merciful God has sent forth His servants to cure the sick in Jesus’s name.
