wewe na wife mnajukumu la kujua kwamba mke wako ana mzunguko wa siku ngapi,fanya hivi kama mnakumbu kumbu sahihi ya tarehe ya mwisho ya hedhi yake kwa mwezi march,basi atakapoingia mwezi APRIL,mhesabu kuanzia tarhe ya mwisho mwezi wa 3 mpaka tarehe ya mwezi wa 4 alipoanza siku zake tena,mfanye hivyo kwa miezi 3 mtajua mzunguko wake ni wa siku ngapi.
