Tatizo langu limerudi

Tatizo langu limerudi

Kwa wote walio changia nasema ASANTENI SANA!
From your advices I have developed an action plan:
short term (from tomorrow)
- Exercise more, spend more time outdoor
- Reduce mawazo and anxiety (this will be hard)
- spend less time in my room during day time and make it a place to sleep, not an office
- Define a specific time to sleep and stay away from my laptop/phone etc
Mid term (as soon as I can, before a month):
- Solve my personal problems (I didn't mention I had some, sorry)
- Avoid staying too long away from my husband
- Seek professional advice before it is too late
Long term (for the rest of my short life):
- Make these good habits a permanent lifestyle
- Remember that when I need help I can count on you guys...

Thank you so much!!!!
I would specifically like to refer everybody having sleepless nights to X-Paster who, after reading my thread, took his time to compose an article/matrix that will help most of the insomniac analyze their problems. The article can be found here. Thanks X-Paster.

Kamanda... I sleep about four hours since the nineties, may be you don't need seven hours maybe you need five.. It depends

But if I want to sleep fore hours, which is very uncommon, my therapies are unplanned work out, or prolonged sex that is more of relaxed than duty

Asante kwa kuchangia. As for me, I need at least 7 hours of continuous sleep to be efficient the next day. Sasa kulala only 4 hours inaniumiza sana. I will try the workout and see if it works. Watu wengi wamerudia hilo.

yeah it helps and probably timing of your dinner,

another bad thing ni ambitions, hizi huwa zinatuharibia sana usingizi, sensitivity yetu, and thinking we can solve everything in our world

you can also try ibada, dua, maombi - kwangu hii pia imekua a vey nice tool; especially if its really genuine na sio routine!!

I eat quite early so that is not the problem. Hilo la kuamini we can solve everything is a bit exagerated in my case as I thing I can only solve everything in MY world. lol
Kwa upande wa Ibada I am embarassed to say that I am not very religious. I am a believer (tena mwislam wa ukoo mzima) but I am in a sleeping religiosity period (maybe the only part of me that is sleeping right now. lol)
Thank you MTM...

Ni ushauri mzuri ila sasa ndugu yangu, una maana kwamba tuendelee kusoma hadi tutoke darasani tunapelekwa kwenye nyumba zetu za milele??

Hiyo bado itakuwa ni suluhu ya muda....Something else, very natural or medical should be sought!

Babu DC!!!

Omba likizo.
Badilisha mazingira ukiwa pekee mbali na watu wanaokuzunguka/unaowafahamu + vitu ulivyovizoea km hiyo laptop yako acha home kabatini.
Nenda hata Katavi,au njoo huku Kongwa. Au vuka hata mipaka ya nchi uliopo.
It works mi hunitokeaga nikiwa na stress. Nakichanga nasepa, nikirudi kila kitu kinakuwa ok !
