Thanx. Bado naamini sio tatizo kubwa kiivo but ikianza ku-interfere with my professional life as it has for my social life itabidi nifate ushahuri wako...
As for the drugs, I have used mild myorelaxant only (Valium, lexotan etc)

Thanks Mudushi. I don't smoke at all, I mostly drink on social occasion na kwa vile I barely have a social life kwa sasa ni kama sinywi tu...

The good thing about seeking professional help is that they (the professionals) do a comprehensive evaluation and that evaluation could very well detect other underlying problems that you may have which could be the cause for your insomnia.

But please don't get me wrong. I'm just trying to help you as someone who used to have the same problem you are having and I was also reluctant to go seek professional help just like you are.

Babu everything is possible ila mbona nilipokua single sikuwahi kukutana na tatizo hili? does it mean bila kumuona Baba nitakua silali? kama ni hivo basi it is worse than I thought at first. lol
 
Mazoezi ya jioni kama tunafanya kwa concetration yanasaidia sana kupunguza stress and kuongeza hamu ya kulala. Jaribu heavy dozi ya mazoezi halafu uangalie inakuwaje.
Jamani kukosa huku usingizi kwa watu, siyo mambo ya maisha yetu ya kisasa ambayo kila wakati tuko busy huku tumenyoosha miguu bila kutoa jasho??

Mazoezi ya jioni kama tunafanya kwa concetration yanasaidia sana kupunguza stress and kuongeza hamu ya kulala. Jaribu heavy dozi ya mazoezi halafu uangalie inakuwaje.
