Venus Williams may be a pro tennis player, but can she do the cancan?
At the French Open Sunday, the sports star's lingerie-inspired outfit got tongues wagging more than her winning game.
Williams' micro-mini black lace dress complete with red hot piping, not to mention her nude unmentionables, harked back to a 19th century chorus line.
As she worked hard on the court, the pro's plunging corset threatened to slip off her chest as she flashed a pair of nude shorts.
The 29-year-old pro told the Los Angeles Times that her outfit was "about illusion...a lot of my motif this year."
She added that she tends to bring eight to ten outfits to each tournament in case she wins.
Despite her flagrant disregard for traditional tennis attire, Williams' game on Sunday was as professional as they come.
Not only did she eclipse Swiss opponent Patty Schnyder in fashion sense, Williams also beat the former top-10 player 6-3 on the first day of the tournament.
Despite her first round win, Williams is not a fan of the French Open.
She has lost in the third round of the last three tournaments (one of which was to her younger sister, Serena).
Despite her shortcomings, Williams has ranked at No. 2 for the first time since 2003.

Naona katika double wapo kidescent zaidi kwenye swala zima la mavazi

Second seed Venus Williams saw off Spain's Arantxa Parra Santonja 6-2 6-4 to reach the third round of the French Open at Roland Garros.

Roger Federer overcame a sluggish start and two rain delays to reach round three of the French Open with victory over Columbia's Alejandro Falla.

Falla was a break up and serving for the first set at 6-5 but defending champion Federer hit back and raised his game to win 7-6 (7-4) 6-2 6-4

Nimeona jana huyu dogo mweusi wa Kifaransa Gael Monfils kashindwa vibaya na yule ni Mcolombia I guess.. Still bado Federrer nimemnyooshea mkono alimsumbua Falla kama vile yuko kwenye mazoezi...

Third seed Novak Djokovic has beaten Kei Nishikori 6-1 6-4 6-4 and Lleyton Hewitt has come through a five-set epic to see off Denis Istomin 1-6 6-3 6-4 2-6 6-1. The Australian will meet second seed Rafael Nadal in round three. Tasty. And 12th seed Maria Sharapova is also into round three with a 6-3 6-3 win against Kirsten Flipkens. She'll now play Justine Henin.

Roger Federer will go and prepare for round four on the back of a 6-4 6-0 6-4 victory
"Federer has so much variety in his play - even while he is demolishing Reister it's a joy to watch. 23 consecutive slam semi-finals and better, who is to deny him extending this run? Six years of consistent excellence across all surfaces..."

Next up for the Swiss, will be Stanislas Wawrinka or Fabio Fognini. Sioni kuziuzi hapa kwa mtu mzima kusonga kwenye Last eight and then Semi
That is Federer's 700th career match win."
