WHEN YOU HAVE BAD LEADERSHIP FROM THE TOP OFFICE, THE WHOLE ADMINISTRATION WILL BE THE SAME. GOOD AND SELFLESS LEADERSHIP IS A FOUNDATION FOR ANY COUNTRY. WHAT HAPPENED IN TANZANIA DURING PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION, WAS BAD LEADERSHIP AND SELFISH LEADERSHIP WHICH MADE THE LIVES OF THE MAJORITY OF TANZANIANS TO SUFFER IN SILENCE, AND ONLY FEW TO ENJOY THE COUNTRY WEALTH. IS THAT YOU CALL DEMOCRACY? YOU DON'T WANT TO GO FAR, KENYA HAS THE BEST CONSTITUTION, BUT WHO IS FOLLOWING IT? THIS IS BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT IS PART OF THAT PROBLEM. AS THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF KENYA STATED THAT IF THE CONSTITUTION IS TO BE FOLLOWED 95% OF LEADERS WILL NOT FIT TO GOVERN.

GOOD GOVERNMENT IS BUILD ON GOOD LEADERSHIP, NOT ON DEMOCRACY ALONE. KAGAME HAS BUILD GOOD FOUNDATION FOR HIS COUNTRY, AND WHEN HE LIVES, HE WILL NOT NEED TO TRAINED A STRONG MAN, PEOPLE WILL BE USED ON THE GOOD SYSTEM HE CREATED. RWANDA IS NOW ONE OF THE BEST COUNTRY IN AFRICA TO DO BUSINESS. UNDER PRESIDENT MAGUFULI TANZANIA IS GOING TO BE THE SAME IF PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE NOT GETTING ON HIS WAY. Magufuli ameanza vizuri, anahitaji muda kutimiza malengo yake, tumekuwa na institutions ambazo zinatakiwa kuboreshwa lakini zipo, hizo PCCB/PAC/judiciary/etc zipo miaka 20 iliyopita na zina fanya kazi vizuri kote Africa lakini mapendekezo yatolewayo na hizo institutions huwa hayatiliwi maanani ,atleast magufuli anayafanyia kazi. Tanzania hatuna cha kujifunza kutoka Kenya upande wa democracy or rule of law, kote ni bure tu, Magufuli anachotakiwa ni kuendelea na kasi ile aliyoanza nayo bila kupunguza, atuwekee misingi imara ya maendeleo na kujitegemea , maendeleo ndo kitu kigumu kuliko vyote na kinachukua muda mrefu hadi wananchi waanze kuona matunda yake, asifuate kelele za majirani zetu wakenya, hao tunawajua kujifanya wako developed lakini masikini, kwani sisi hatujua developed countries duniani? sisi tunawaangalia tu na sifa zao zisizo na maana, Tanzania haijachelewa na haiko mbali, siku zote nchi kubwa ikitulia na ikaamua kuleta maendeleo inafanikiwa kuliko nchi ndogo, its the matter of time.

As a Tanzanian, many Presidents have come and go but we have never had a principled President like President MAGUFULI. President MAGUFULI took power when the country was in bad state. The rule of law was not respected and justice was for sale.

President MAGUFULI inheritated this country when nothing was working including our justice system. People like you with a song of democracy are there to destruct President MAGUFULI leadership and you have no place in our country. We Tanzanians, he is the only hope we have so far.

The problem of the West is to distract other countries in the name of democracy. Democracy is not only freedom of speech, democracy is fairness, justice, and share the national cake, that is what exactly President MAGUFULI is doing in a difficult situation were many leaders in Africa have failed.

Many leaders in the west criticised Kagame by calling him a dictator, to day Rwandies are enjoying good governance and good standard of living. Some of the people who enriched themselves by stealing from the public depriving the majority, are the majority of the people who claim to be fighting for democracy.

There is no country with a perfect democracy, America under Bush and United Kingdom under Tony Blair, these are the countries with good justice and so called democracy, yet their leaders went against the wish of the people and went on to start Iraq war creating the world we have to day in the name of democracy look now, is the people of Iraq enjoying democracy today?

President MAGUFULI has given hope to the majority of Tanzanians, please do not let us lose our hope. We pray for our President to suceeed and he will.

That hope he gave is by spending 120bn cash to buy 2 unneeded planes while there is no vaccinations and school desks. You people need some magical wand to really see the problem here.

Despite your praises and worship to make your Magufuli more popular it won't work!
The writer/author of the article:"Magufuli is bound to fail" not sure if is a Kenyan or a Tanzanian, he/she is correct by almost 99%.
Let me say this to you and the rest of all who looks and supports Magufuli as their role modal President. Magufuli is nothing but just a mere dictator driving Tanzania like an insober driver. You can refer and quote Mzee Ali Hassan Mwinyi's (rtd Presida) speech delivered on Nyerere day the 14th of Oct,2016. We have just about 2 weeks ahead for Magufuli to clock a 1 solid year in office(365 days). But if some one can make simple survey or analysis, Magufuli is nothing but an empty can. This is where the checks and Balances comes in.
You can't rule the country by a one man show style. This had never worked anywhere and in the world and equally won't work to Magufuli! As the analyst has put it that populist government usually needs to break eggs to make omelettes so as to make their followers happy. This is a naked truth that, in the same country, same president and same constitution you can't make some citizens to suffer just for the sake of others simply because they are from the opposition side! This is a double standard style which will never work. A good President is the one who makes sure that the rule of law is observed according to the Constitution of Tanzania and not otherwise. Magufuli has proved a big failure to this although he was sworn in to take care of the same!.

The author have gone a bit further by giving give examples of other failed previous governments,which takes the popularity actions as Magufuli is currently doing. The popularity egoism in Presidents like Magufuli do mask and limit their strategies.

Magufuli is sailing in the same boat of refusal to follow or strengthen rules of law. Live examples are there to stand. Magufuli has failed to handle the Zanzibar issue, harassing opposition parties by denying them to hold internal/external meetings and peaceful demonstrations according to Tanzania Constitution. Magufuli has as well failed totally to Peoples basic needs like Sugar availability at fair prices, there is now no ESSENTIAL MEDICINES in Hospitals, Dispensaries and Health Centres, there is no more employment at all levels, there is no financial flows anywhere! Magufuli's government now can't even support Financial Loans to our children who expect to join Universities and different Institutions.
Magufuli's priority is Bombardier planes and not Medicines for the dying children and maternal mothers! Look at Kagera Earthquake disaster and hunger strikes but the Magufuli Government is collecting money from donors for infrustructures in Kagera!!! This is the sign of a bankrupcy government. Look at a journalist who reported the hunger case in Kagera but ended in custody!!

If you can real mark these statements it can really change your mind set, but if you don't you're then doomed for good.
