Kwa jinsi unavyo m-paint kadaffi ni kama vile ndio masihi tuliyekuwa tunamsubiri kuikomboa afrika dhidi ya matatizo yote ya kijamii na kiuchumi tuliyo nayo. Wajua ni kwa nini, si ndio anae toa mchango mkubwa kwa club hiyo ya watawala wa kiafrika. Maana yake ni kuwa kawanunua midomo yao kwa pesa yake. Hawana nguvu ya kumkosoa. So ni wapi alikuwa anajitofautisha na imperialism ya kizungu ambayo anadai alikua anaipinga wakati nae alikuwa na mpango huo huo wa kujipanua kidhalimu kwa states hizi za kiafrika? Haina tofauti na imperialism ya russia wakati ule katika muungano wa USSR dhidi ya weak states zilizokua ndani ya umoja ule.

Libya's rebel council said on Wednesday it was offering an amnesty to any of Muammar Gaddafi's entourage who kill or capture him.

Council chairman Mustafa Abdel Jalil also said a Benghazi businessman, whom he did not identify, had offered a reward of two million Libyan dinars ($1.3 million) for Gaddafi's capture.

"The National Transitional Council announces that any of his inner cicle who kill Gaddafi or capture him, society will give amnesty or pardon for any crime he has committed," he told a news conference.

A reward of £1m is being offered for whoever finds Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, dead or alive, the head of the Transitional National Council (NTC) has said. The leader's forces have attacked several locations in central Tripoli, according to rebel sources, including the former leader's own compound.

Col Gaddafi is believed to be hiding somewhere in the city and Mustafa Abdel Jalil said: "The NTC supports the initiative of businessmen who are offering two million dinars (£1m) for the capture of Muammar Gaddafi, dead or alive."

Mr Jalil said the NTC was offering an amnesty to any of Col Gaddafi's entourage who kill or capture him. Sky's security editor Sam Kiley, in Libya, said it is two businessmen based in Benghazi who are offering the money.

Meanwhile, fighting is also under way in the south of Tripoli, where rebels believe Col Gaddafi is hiding.
A rebel spokesman said: "There were bombardments on Bab al Aziziyah (compound), Al Mansoura area and another area near Rixos hotel.

"Most of this bombardment was carried out by the regime's cells positioned in the Abu Salim area." As the dictator's forces began to hit back, members of the rebels' transitional government are preparing for a move to Tripoli, where they intend to establish an interim administration.

The counter-attack comes as Col Gaddafi called for the city's residents to "cleanse" the capital of insurgents in an audio broadcast on Syrian television.

He told Al-Rai TV: "All Libyans must be present in Tripoli, young men, tribal men and women must sweep through Tripoli and comb it for traitors.

"I have been out a bit in Tripoli discreetly, without being seen by people, and...I did not feel that Tripoli was in danger," he said.

Rebel forces swept into Col Gaddafi's compound on Tuesday, seizing weapons and destroying symbols of the longstanding dictatorship.

Kabineti ya NTC ikiingia Tripoli tu wamekwisha, watauwawa na rebels kutoka western mountains ambao waliwaachia watoto wa Col. baada ya kushikishwa kitu kidogo...

Pili kumbuka kuwa kazi kubwa mpaka sasa inafanywa na rebels kutoka western mountains, wale wa kutoka Benghazi walishindwa hata kuvuka Brega despite NATO help. Jamaa wa western mountains wanaopigana Tripoli sasa hivi kamwe hawatakubali kutawaliwa na akina Jalil waliojificha huko Bhengazi, wakifanya kosa la kukimbilia kuhamia Tripoli wamekwisha....

Mbona rebels wa western mountains walipewa zaidi ya hizo kuwaachia akina Mohamed na Saif. Kwanza kinachosubiriwa sasa hivi ni kabineti ya NTC iingie mtegoni na kutia mguu Tripolitania wapate cha mtema kuni kutoka kwa wanofikiria kuwa ni ndugu zao wa western mountains....
