Hata mmi jana nimeshangaa, niliweka sh 5,000, nimeongea kama navyo ongea nikashangaa imeisha haraka, mbaka nikakopa, na sijalipa mbaka sasa ndio nataka nilipe mana nayo ya kukopa haikukaa kabisa, , leo ngoja nichunguze.
 
Tigo wanaboa kwa kweli, nilikopa ile huduma yao wakanipa shs 900 wakasema nitalipa 984! Ile napiga simu sijafika nusu simu ikakata kucheki salio kimeisha! Sikuongea hata dk moja. Baada ya kuwa na tyigo for more than 10 yrs nahama officially, upuuzi huu.

Shukrani kwa maelezo marefu yanayoelekea kujitosheleza.

Jambo moja kubwa na la msingi ambalo mnapaswa kulizingatia na kulifanyia kazi kwa haraka ni watu wenu wa customer care kutopokea simu, ama simu za customer care kutopatikana wakati mtu unapohitaji msaada.
