Kama weight squat ni ile ya kuchuchumaa na kuinuka,basi nimefanya sana ndugu yangu yani lakini hakuna matokeo mazuri..Mkuu pole sna,best way ni mazoez na usizidishe kiwango pia utachoka sana au siku unagame ndo unaenda Fanya mazoez utatia aibu
Nguvu za kiume hua zinaanzia miguuni na mapajani kwa uzoefu wangu m nlipata tatzo kama lako na sio kila zoez Fanya haya ma3 at least marambili kwa week gym
1.weight squat(barbell)
2.front squat...
Hiyo front squat ungenambia ikoje na hiyo lunge labda huenda zikawa na msaada..
Ila hali ni mbaya ndugu yangu muda wowote nakimbiwa..
