Tupo wengi aisee mimi niliacha muda mrefu nikaja kuumwa balaa hadi napona ganzi ikawa inanitesa mwilini ila niliporejea kufanya mazoezi kila kitu shwari. Nafanya siku tano kwa wiki, napumzika siku mbili tu
