Well said brother! I totally concur with all your points.
Just to shade some lights in regard to Tundu viz-a-viz Magufuli.
  1. Lissu is a Professional Lawyer while Magufuli is a Professional Chemist. It's very unfortunate that Tanzania has chosen to make a Leader/ President who is a chemist/ scientist!
  2. Tundu Lissu can express himself or address the public in English even at International level while Magufuli for the last 5 years of his tenure proved a total failure on this! How can a president build an International/Foreign relationship without paying a visit to any of our donor countries? Something somewhere must be very wrong.

it's obvious that the great number of CCM cadres have been Collectively embecilized by media propagandas to the extent that even a black object is seen as White by them.

In addition they have not given their brains the power of free critising and appraising rather they remain static to receive new ideas..
TL is the best candidate so far in every aspect

Hali ngumu ya maisha ya watz,ni vilio kila kona. Wavuvi, wakulima,wafanyabiashara, watumishi, wafugaji wote wanalia na hawa ndio mtaji wa Lisu na awamu hii wizi wa kura hauna nafasi.

Truly.
Magufuli has no any qualication to be a presidential material. I remember the words by Kingunge Ngombare Mwiru(rip) during the 2015 General Election that John Pombe Magufuli was supposed to be a TANROAD Manager and not a President...!!!
 
Surely the five years under Magufuli has clearly proved to us that everyone needs to be given a job post that commensurate with his/her abilities and experience. Nothing short of that.

Correct!!.....given job post that commensurate with abilities &experience....!! Not professionally based. Live examples:
  1. Ummy Mwalimu(Mass Media)....Ministry of Health.
  2. Dr. Hussein Mwinyi(Health Doctor).....Ministry of Defence.
  3. Prof. Kabudi(Laws).... Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  4. The late Dr. Mahiga( International relations).....Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  5. etc,etc!

Nipo nje ya Tanzania hiki kipindi cha uchaguzi. Nimeamishia ahadi yangu kwenye uraisi. Hata angukia pia. Wapinzani uchaguzi huu wana wakati mgumu sana. Hata kwenye ubunge watapoteza wengi sana, hata majina makubwa!!

Angalia mikutano ya Mrema ya uchaguzi 1995 na sasa hivi! Upinzani utaanza kulia lia baada ya 28 na kusema Lissu ndio raisi. Lakini tumesikia miaka hata Uchaguzi uliopita walisema hivyo hivyo!!
